These services are provided free of charge and therefore do not require refunds.

FestLight India may provide links to festival tickets, accommodations, or other services offered by third parties. Please note:
- We are not responsible for purchases made through third-party links
- Refund policies for such purchases are governed by the respective third-party providers
- We recommend reviewing the refund policy of each vendor before making purchases

For any future paid services:
- 7-Day Money Back Guarantee: Full refund within 7 days of purchase
- Service Issues: Full refund if we cannot deliver the promised service

If a festival is cancelled or postponed:
- We will update our recommendations immediately
- We are not responsible for ticket refunds (contact the organizer directly)
